To help get you through, Canada Goose and Coast Mountain Sports are screening a live discussion with the fabulous Goose Person Sarain Fox, moderated by Yukon's very own, talented, Claire Ness. They'll chat about key practices to cultivate this winter season, like practicing mindfulness, the importance of connecting with nature, and how to maintain meaningful interactions. Together, and with this in mind, we will get through!
