Shipping Policy
We automatically ship using Canada Post standard mail unless you specify Express. Please note delivery times are approximate. It will take us up to 2 business days to pick and pack your order. Free Shipping in Yukon is only offered when you place your order. Returns are the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges.
All Gift cards will ship regular mail for FREE throughout Canada. They can also be held for pick up. Please choose at checkout.

Apologies to our Québécois friends and our American and foreign visitors: we can only ship within Canada and we cannot ship to Québec due to vendor agreements.
As soon as the items are shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can follow your item on the Canada Post website. All parcels shipped via Canada Post or Purolator are insured.
Sorry hazardous goods like bear spray and fuel, as well as oversized items like skis and jogging strollers cannot be shipped. These items are available for in store pick up only or if you must have them shipped, please email support@tsgyukon.com to make special arrangements.
Other items such as tents, packs and sleeping bags or multiple item orders may require additional shipping. We will notify you if we must charge additional shipping.
We will automatically charge the appropriate taxes for provinces and territories.
