We can only ship within Canada. Apologies to our American and foreign visitors! We will happily hold your items for in-store pick up during events like the Arctic Winter Games, the Klondike Road Relay or the Arctic Ultra Marathon. 

It will take us up to 2 business days to pick and pack your order. Please note, we will try to re-use old boxes to save trees if possible. 

As soon as the items are mailed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can follow your item on the Canada post website.

All parcels shipped via Canada Post are insured.

Sorry hazardous goods like bear spray and fuel, as well as oversized items cannot be shipped.  These items are available for in store pick up only.

We will automatically charge the appropriate taxes for provinces and territories.

Store Pick up

Order online, collect in store within 2 business days. Get your items sooner and  pay no shipping!

-You can easily get oversize items like jogging strollers and skis this way

-this is the easiest way to get hazardous items like fuel and bear spray

-there is no tracking for in store pick up.  We will email when your order is ready

2. Choose In-store pick up for shipping
3. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready (within 2 business days)
4. Pick up your order up (our store hours are Mon-Sat 11am to 6pm)'
5. If you send someone else to pick up your order, forward them your confirmation email as proof of pick up.

When can I come to pick up my order?

Usually the next business day but please wait for you confirmation email! We are open Mon-Sat 10am to 6pm, Sun noon to 5pm.  We will hold items for events like the Arctic Winter Games or the Klondike Road Relay. 

Are all items available for store pick up?

Yes! 

What’s the difference between store pick up and getting items mailed to me?

Store pick up is always free.  Plus you can get oversized items and dangerous goods like bear spray.  Finally, you can get your items sooner and of course we can only send within Canada due to tariffs and vendor agreements.  

Where in the store do I get my order?

Simply ask a staff member to get your item for you. 

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Simply forward them your confirmation email as proof of pick up.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Please come and get it within a week! But we will hold items for events like the Arctic Winter Games or the Arctic Ultra marathon. 

Can I have some items mailed and pick up some items?

Sorry we can’t handle 2 ship methods on one order. If for some reason you need this, simply place 2 orders.
