Please be assured that we follow strict Covid-19 protocols. We are proud of our Territory’s terrific Covid record and we are doing everything we can to keep our customers and our employees safe. 

Sanitization:

  • Alcohol-based hand sanitizer provided at the entrance, patrons must use or wash hands upon entry 
  • Additional cleaning staff has been hired to assist with new cleaning requirements
  • All surfaces are regularly wiped clean with regular disinfection of high-touch areas
  • Employees reminded to practice good hygiene throughout their shift with frequent and proper hand washing
  • Plexiglass shields installed at Point of Sale  
  • Any apparel that is tried on by a customer and any items that are returned are taken out of inventory for 2 days.


Social Distancing:

  • The stores have 2 entries and 1 exit to assist with customer distancing
  • Number of customers and any crowding in store is monitored at all times.
  • The retail store layout accommodates customer traffic flow 
  •  Strict fitting room protocol to maintain social distancing

Customer Transactions:

  • Touchless Debit or Credit encouraged
  • Card terminals and counters are sanitized after each use
  • Plexiglass shields installed at Point of Sale 
  • Stand here markers assist with 2 m distancing in line
  • We respond to Facebook Messages or phone inquiries for all those who are unable to come to the store. We will supply curb side service if required. Or of course, we now have this on-line store although not all items in our Main Street store are available in our online store!

Employees:

  • All employees must stay home if they are sick, or have any symptoms of Covid-19
  • Employees receive clear and up to date information about the virus at morning meetings. Protocols are reviewed for best practices.
  • Employees encouraged and reminded to practice good hygiene throughout the workday
